Nov. 18th Author Art Walk
Thank you for your interest in participating in the Friday, November 18th, 2016 Author Art Walk, paired with our monthly, third Friday Chandler Art Walk. This application is for authors only. If you are an artist, please apply here. All applications are due Nov. 10th.
There is a maximum of two authors per table, but each author needs to apply in order to participate and please note who you will be sharing a table with in your application below. Tables can be a max of 8ft long. You must bring your own table, lighting, and chairs. You must work out how you will accept payment and manage all of your transactions. DCCP provides electricity. Tents are not allowed.
There will be a $25 booth fee, which pays for your table, this fee is due a week before the event, November 13th, in order to reserve your booth. This is just the application, completing this application does not guarantee you a booth, your payment does. Authors who apply and are accepted will be sent the link to pay for a booth via email.
This annual event is held in conjunction with our monthly Art Walks, address of the event is:

Once accepted and booth payment has been received, a more detailed email will be sent the Wednesday before the event (Nov. 16th) by 5PM. This email will include load-in instructions, booth assignments, maps, etc.
